How it works
Three steps to get started

Add a poll in the builder
Creator → Video → Offers and ending → Polls. Enter the question, answer options, and optional result percentages.

Set the timeline and results mode
In auto: when the poll appears, until when votes are collected, and how long results stay visible (or until the end of the webinar). Choose above-chat or popup display.

The participant votes in the room
The poll appears on the schedule (auto) or after the host's action (live); the vote is stored and results follow your settings.

Where do I set up a poll?
In the webinar builder: Video → Offers and ending → Polls section.
Can I show results only after voting ends?
Yes. In “after voting ends” mode you set three moments: poll start, voting end, and how long results stay visible (or until the end of the webinar).
Do polls work in live and auto?
Yes. In auto they follow the recording timeline. In live the host shows the poll, results, and hides it manually.

Good to know before you launch
- This is not a separate market-research tool outside the webinar — the poll works inside the webinar room.
- In automated webinars the percentage result for viewers can be planned (simulated), while real votes still go to the database.
- It does not replace chat or AI Moderator — a poll collects a choice from a list, not an open conversation.
