Which SMS provider does Webivio use?
Webivio integrates with SMSAPI (mainly Poland) and Twilio (mainly international markets). With both accounts connected, +48 numbers go through SMSAPI and other destinations through Twilio. With one account, all destinations use that provider.
Can I set when the SMS is sent?
Yes. In the builder you set how long before the webinar starts the participant receives the message.
Does SMS replace email notifications?
No. SMS is an additional reminder channel and can work together with email and WhatsApp.
Do I need my own SMSAPI or Twilio account?
Yes. You connect your own SMSAPI and/or Twilio account to Webivio and then configure it once at the account level.
