An account can have sub-users with roles (e.g. access to selected webinars, view-only without billing edits). Useful for agencies and teams.
Older materials may say "sub-accounts" - in the panel the label is Sub-users.
How to add
- Settings → Sub-users.
- Click to add a new user.
- Enter an email and password (minimum 8 characters) - the account is created immediately with these credentials (no separate invite email in this flow).
- Choose the role / permissions available in the panel.
- Share the login details (email + password) so they can sign in.
After creation, the panel lets you edit the role but not the email address. For password reset assistance, use the standard account-recovery path or contact support.
Available roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access in the main-account context, including creating, editing, deleting, and opening account settings. |
| View only | Access without create, edit, or delete actions. Cannot manage sub-users, integrations, GDPR settings, or billing. |
A sub-user works with the main account's webinars. The role applies to the sub-user's whole access; the current code does not provide separate roles per webinar.
Limit
An account can have at most 1 sub-user.
Changing the role, password, and deleting
- Change the role by editing the sub-user under Settings → Sub-users.
- The creation flow does not send a separate invitation email. Use account recovery or support for password-reset assistance.
- Delete a sub-user from the list after confirmation. This action is irreversible.
The View only role cannot see billing. Admin has full access, so grant it only to trusted people.
