Webivio documentation

The countdown tracks time until an offer expires. The deadline is stored on the Webivio backend — refreshing the page, using incognito, or switching devices (with access_code in the link) does not reset the timer.

Embed on the sales page

  1. In Webivio: Countdowns → New timer (step editor: settings → position & style → elements → embed).
  2. In the last step (Embed) copy the HTML snippet and paste it on your offer page (e.g. before </body>). For a new timer, save first — the code appears only after save.
  3. If the webinar has more than one offer, pick which offer starts the timer in the settings step.
  4. Font and optional text above the countdown are set in the style / elements steps.

You can still open Embed code from the timer list.

Test page (preview)

From the editor (Embed step or preview panel) or the timer list, open the test page — a fake LP with the real embed:

/timer-preview?timerId=<UUID>

Optionally add access_code. With the “first page visit” trigger the countdown starts immediately; with “when offer is shown” show the offer in the webinar room first.

In the webinar creator → Notifications → edit email → Add countdown: inserts a CTA button with the offer URL and access_code={accessCode} (Webivio fills the participant code when sending).

In an external ESP, append the participant code (synced as kod_uczestnika / participantCode):

https://your-domain.com/offer?access_code={$kod_uczestnika}

Accepted params: access_code, wc, code, wvio_access_code.

Without a param, Webivio tries a first-party cookie (webivio_timer_id), then IP (anonymous records only).

Offer buttons and offer links in chat automatically append the participant access_code — you do not need to add it manually in the creator.

Start trigger

  • When the offer is shown in the webinar — deadline starts on offer shown; visiting the LP alone returns not_started (widget hidden) if nothing started yet.
  • On first page visit — the first API call creates expires_at.

Test mode (excluded IPs)

Add your IP in timer settings — the countdown runs, but does not persist a production deadline and does not affect stats.
