Registration form data
The form always collects an email address. It can also collect first name, surname and phone, depending on the fields enabled by the organizer. The organizer can enable a required consent checkbox and provide their own privacy-policy link.
Webivio also stores technical registration data needed to handle the session, including time zone, selected instance and campaign UTM parameters when provided.
External integrations
When an email integration, webhook or notification channel is connected, data needed for the selected action is sent to that system. A registration webhook payload includes at least email and may include first name, surname and phone. Review the provider's data-protection terms before enabling an integration.
