What's included in all paid plans
Including autowebinars (evergreen / one-time), watch now, timed chat, registration and thank-you pages, widgets, room with offers, replay, email, SMS (SMSAPI / Twilio), mailing integrations, webhooks, pixels/scripts, statistics, Polish support.
Upgrading
Change your plan under Billing & Invoices. When upgrading, Stripe charges the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. The panel shows the amount before confirmation.
Cancellation and Lite (retention)
When canceling in the panel you can complete a short survey and — instead of canceling — switch to Lite (97 PLN / month). Lite is not on the public pricing page.
On Lite: 1 active autowebinar and up to 30 registrations per webinar per day. You keep created webinars, statistics, and integrations; extra active webinars may be turned inactive automatically (nothing is deleted).
Trial
The trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card, and includes full access to platform features available on the public pricing page.
Reaching the video storage limit
After you hit the storage limit, check the panel or contact support. We do not publish an unconfirmed overage procedure.
