What's included in all paid plans
Including autowebinars (evergreen / one-time), watch now, timed chat, registration and thank-you pages, widgets, room with offers, replay, email (within plan limit), SMS (SMSAPI / Twilio), mailing integrations, webhooks, pixels/scripts, statistics, Polish support.
Upgrading
Change your plan under Billing & Invoices. When upgrading, Stripe charges the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. The panel shows the amount before confirmation.
Trial
The trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card, and includes full access to platform features, including Pro features.
Reaching the video storage limit
When you reach the storage limit, check the panel or contact support for the available next step. We do not publish an unconfirmed over-limit procedure.
Webinar email limit
The counter includes all emails sent from Webivio (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) with status=sent in the calendar month (Europe/Warsaw). When the limit is reached, further webinar emails are not sent; SMS and WhatsApp work independently.
