Goal: have a working autowebinar with registration, a recording and a link to the room. With a ready-made recording, this takes roughly 30 minutes - depending on how much content you already have prepared.
1. Create an account
- Go to webivio.com/signup.
- Create an account and use the trial period (trial and plan details: pricing).
- Log in - you'll land on the Dashboard (
/auth/dashboard).
2. Prepare the recording
You need a webinar video file. Size limits depend on the plan - check Pricing and plans and the current online pricing page.
3. Create a webinar
- In the Dashboard, click Add Webinar.
- The Webinar Creator opens (
/auth/creator). - Go through the steps in order (details: How to create an autowebinar):
- Basics - name, title, description
- Video - upload the recording, set up chat and offers
- Schedule - continuous / one-time / watch now
- Registration - registration page or widget
- Thank You - post-registration page
- Integrations - mailing, SMS, pixels (optional at the start)
- Notifications - emails before and after
- Replay - the replay
- Finish - copy the links
4. Test the funnel
- Open the Registration Page from the Finish step.
- Register with a test email.
- Check the thank-you page and entry into the room (or the countdown to the scheduled time).
- In Analytics and the Participants List, check whether the registration shows up.
5. Only then bring in traffic
First, get registration and playback working. Then add ads, a mailing list and integrations.
What to do if something doesn't work
The video will not upload or gets stuck
- Check that the file fits your plan limit: up to 1.5 GB on Starter or 10 GB on Pro.
- Check your connection and retry without a VPN or traffic-blocking extensions.
- Keep the tab open during upload. After upload completes, allow processing to finish — the time depends on the file and current load, so we do not quote a fixed number of minutes.
- If the issue repeats, contact support with the file format and size (never send credentials).
A test registration does not work
Open the registration page in an incognito window, temporarily disable script-blocking extensions, and use a different test email address.
Can I edit a webinar after publishing?
Yes. A published webinar remains editable — return to the Creator to change its configuration. Before changing the schedule or communication for a campaign that already has registrations, test the full funnel again.
