The registration page collects participants and moves them further down the funnel (thank you, reminders, room).
How to set it up
- Open the webinar in the Webinar Creator.
- Go to the Registration step.
- In Registration method, choose Page.
- Configure the Registration form configuration (e.g. last name, phone, consents).
- Click Registration Page Editor (or pick a template) and save the design.
- You'll find the page link in the Finish step.
Required phone number
Yes — you can require a phone number at registration:
- Creator → Registration.
- Section Registration form configuration.
- Collect Phone → Enabled.
- Set the second switch to Required (instead of Optional).
First name and email are always required. Phone works the same way on the registration page and on the widget.
In the Puck editor you can drag a Custom HTML block (Media category) to embed an iframe or markup. Add scripts (e.g. tracking pixels) under Page settings → Additional tags in <head>.
Host card (HostCard)
Details from the Basics step (host tab in the room) do not auto-fill the host card on the registration page. To change the name, bio, or photo on the page:
- Open the Registration Page Editor.
- Click the Host (HostCard) block on the canvas.
- In the right panel set the name, bio, and photo, then save.
Date on a one-time webinar
On the published registration page, a One-time webinar shows the event date and time directly — without a “Select webinar date” list. The editor form preview may still show a date picker; on the live page there is a single fixed date.
In rich text fields you can insert a link via the toolbar icon. In the Footer block you can also add a list of links (e.g. privacy policy, terms).

Prefill email and first name (CRM link)
When you already have the participant's details, pass them in the registration page URL — email and first name fill in automatically and are hidden. The participant mainly picks a session time (plus phone / consents when enabled).

Parameters:
email— a valid email addressname— first name (aliases:first_name,firstName)
UTM parameters (utm_source, etc.) still work as before. Email and name from the URL are not stored in the attribution urlParameters field.
How to check it
Open the registration page link in an incognito window, submit a test registration and check the Participants List.
