After registering, the participant lands on the thank-you page: webinar info, a countdown, a link to the session, and optionally a one-time offer (OTO).

How to set it up

  1. Creator → Thank You.
  2. Choose the Thank-you page display method: Page (in Webivio) or Custom page.
  3. Open the Thank-You Page Editor or enter the URL of your own page.
  4. Optionally enable the One-Time Offer (OTO) after registration.
  5. You'll find the link in Finish.

In the Puck editor you can add a Custom HTML block (Media), e.g. an iframe. Scripts go under Page settings → Additional tags in <head>. In rich text fields you can insert a link from the toolbar; in the Footer block you can add a link list (e.g. privacy policy).

Custom page + thank-you widget

Yes — after registration you can redirect to your own page and embed the Webivio widget on it:

  1. Creator → Thank You.
  2. Thank-you page display method → Custom page.
  3. Enter the Thank-you page URL (e.g. https://your-site.com/thank-you). Do not remove parameters that Webivio appends after registration.
  4. Configure Thank-you widget appearance (texts + colors). Optionally enable the Add to calendar button — participants get a menu for Google / Outlook / Yahoo / .ics download (for series: the first session).
  5. Copy the Embed code from Widget for your own thank-you page (the same code is also in Finish → Widget code - thank you for registration (custom page)).
  6. Paste the code on your site (e.g. an HTML / custom code block).

OTO

An OTO is an additional offer shown even before the participant enters the webinar. You set it up in the same Thank You step.
