After registering, the participant lands on the thank-you page: webinar info, a countdown, a link to the session, and optionally a one-time offer (OTO).
How to set it up
- Creator → Thank You.
- Choose the Thank-you page display method: Page (in Webivio) or Custom page.
- Open the Thank-You Page Editor or enter the URL of your own page.
- Optionally enable the One-Time Offer (OTO) after registration.
- You'll find the link in Finish.
In the Puck editor you can add a Custom HTML block (Media), e.g. an iframe. Scripts go under Page settings → Additional tags in <head>.
Custom page + thank-you widget
Yes — after registration you can redirect to your own page and embed the Webivio widget on it:
- Creator → Thank You.
- Thank-you page display method → Custom page.
- Enter the Thank-you page URL (e.g.
https://your-site.com/thank-you). Do not remove parameters that Webivio appends after registration. - Configure Thank-you widget appearance (texts + colors).
- Copy the Embed code from Widget for your own thank-you page (the same code is also in Finish → Widget code - thank you for registration (custom page)).
- Paste the code on your site (e.g. an HTML / custom code block).

OTO
An OTO is an additional offer shown even before the participant enters the webinar. You set it up in the same Thank You step.
