AI Moderator

The AI Moderator answers participants' chat questions privately during the autowebinar.

Plan: Pro. Naming note: in the side menu, this item is called AI Assistants. In the creator, the tab is called AI Moderator. It's the same finished feature - don't confuse it with the onboarding assistant that's still in development (we don't describe that one here as finished).

What the answer is based on

  • the global prompt (account level) - company, tone, rules,
  • the webinar prompt - topic, offer, terms,
  • the recording transcript (context around the point the participant is at),
  • the knowledge base (TXT/MD files).

Response usage: the monthly limit on a Pro account is 5,000 responses per month. Usage is shown in the creator next to the webinar.

How to set it up

1. Global prompt

  1. AI Assistants menu (/auth/ai-assistant).
  2. Fill in Step 1 - Global prompt.
  3. Save.

2. Per-webinar configuration

  1. Webinar Creator -> Video -> AI Moderator.
  2. Set the webinar prompt and knowledge base.
  3. Enable the AI Moderator in the room's chat settings (a toggle in that section).
  4. You'll see AI responses in the panel alongside chat messages (also under Chat Messages).

The AI Assistants page also has Step 2 - Per-webinar configuration (a list / shortcuts to webinars).

What not to do in prompts

Don't have the AI guess prices or promise discounts outside the offer. Clearly describe what it must not answer.

Limit and prompt example

The AI Moderator is available only on the Pro plan. The limit is 5,000 automatic replies per account per month, and usage is shown in the panel. The APP code shows the counter and limit but does not confirm how the reply-generation service behaves after the quota is exhausted — contact support for that detail.

Example webinar prompt:

Answer only from this webinar's transcript and knowledge base.
Do not invent prices, discounts or offer terms. If the information is missing,
say so directly and refer the attendee to the organizer.
