A poll in the webinar room is a question with answer options that appears at a chosen moment. Participants vote; you decide whether and when results are shown.
How to set it up (auto)
- Creator → Video → Offers and ending → Polls section.
- Add a question and answer options.
- Set the display mode: above the chat (default) or popup.
- Set results for viewers:
- no results,
- right after voting,
- after voting ends.
- For “after voting ends”, set three times:
- when the poll appears (voting starts),
- until when votes are collected,
- how long results stay visible (a specific moment, or until the end of the webinar).
- Optionally set result percentages shown to participants (in auto, the viewer-facing result can be planned; real votes are still stored).
Results in the panel (auto webinar)
- Analytics → Polls tab → select the webinar.
- Real votes in the selected date range (default: last 7 days); each poll is collapsible.
- Click an answer to see the emails of people who voted for it.
Simulated percentages from the creator are for participants in the room — Analytics shows real votes from the database.
Live
In a live webinar the host runs the poll manually: show, results, hide. The automatic timeline applies to auto mode.
