The room is where the participant watches the automated webinar: video, chat, questions, offers, and the host tab.
How to set it up
- Creator → Video.
- In the General substep upload the recording (Video section).
- Configure attendee options as needed.
- Continue with the other substeps: Chat, AI Moderator (Pro), Notifications (in the player), Offers and ending.
Webivio hosts the recording. File and storage limits depend on the plan - Pricing and plans.
Host tab
In the Basics step you fill in host details (name, bio, social links). The Show host tab in the room switch controls whether participants see that tab during the live webinar and watch-now mode.
The replay setting is separate — in the Replay step (see Replay).
Desktop / mobile start
In the General substep, the Display mode section includes:
- Desktop computers - web browser, desktop app, or A/B test (random browser / app),
- Mobile devices - mobile browser, mobile app, or A/B test.
This controls how the session starts on the device, not only responsive layout.
