A live webinar is a real broadcast from the Broadcast room in the Webivio panel (camera, microphone, optional screen share or PDF presentation). Attendees join the familiar player room — with chat and offers — just like an automated webinar.
After the session you can save the recording (VOD), download it, export chat, and make an automated webinar from the same content.

Buy the add-on in the panel: Payments & invoices → Live webinars. There is no separate “Pro Live” plan.
Also required: a one-time schedule with date and time, and a browser with camera and microphone access (HTTPS).
Quick start
- Dashboard → Live tab → New live webinar (or start with Test room (sandbox)).
- In the creator set basics, the date/time, and offers / chat like an automated webinar.
- About 30 minutes before start, open the Broadcast room.
- Start the broadcast, end the session, check Recordings.
