A live webinar is a real broadcast from the Broadcast room in the Webivio panel (camera, microphone, optional screen share). Attendees join the familiar player room — with chat and offers — just like an automated webinar.
After the session you can save the recording (VOD), download it, export chat, and make an automated webinar from the same content.
Requirements
- Pro or Pro Live plan (Starter has no full live).
- One-time schedule with a date and time.
- A browser with camera and microphone access (HTTPS).
Quick start
- Dashboard → Live tab → New live webinar.
- In the creator set basics, the date/time, and optionally Record broadcast.
- About 30 minutes before start, open the Broadcast room.
- Start the broadcast, end the session, check Recordings.

What this is not
- Not an automated webinar with a “live feel” — the host broadcasts in real time.
- You do not need OBS to start — the stream runs from the browser.
- Starter does not open the Broadcast room. Live starts at Pro.
