On trial, live is available only if the test tier is Pro (or higher) — Starter on trial does not unlock a full live session.
Pro Live 200 (200 viewers) is not on the public pricing page.
Admin / tester: no monthly session quota (QA).
Sandbox (test room)
- Test room (sandbox) in the Broadcast room
- Up to 5 viewers, up to 30 minutes
- Does not consume monthly / trial session quota
- Always available when you have Pro+ (even if the full-live quota is used)
- No T−30 window — for camera, mic and chat checks
How full-session quota is counted
- Counter per calendar month (
YYYY-MM), per owner account (trial: 1 session). - A slot is consumed when a full session is created (not sandbox).
- After go-live, the slot stays used.
- Refund only if you end without starting.
- Dashboard: Live this month: used/limit.
Recording and chat
As before: one current VOD link per webinar. Chat export is the automated-webinar copy. Sandbox defaults to no recording / chat export.
