Sandbox (test room mode)

- Up to 5 viewers
- Without recording: up to 120 minutes; with recording enabled: up to 15 minutes (session auto-ends)
- You can enable recording and chat capture (for an automated webinar) — the same switches as a full live session
- Does not use the monthly full-session quota
- Available on active Starter or Pro (even without the Live add-on)
- No T−30 window — for checking camera, microphone, chat, and a short VOD

How full-session quota is counted
- Counter per calendar month (
YYYY-MM), per owner account. - A slot is used when you create a full session (not sandbox).
- After go-live the slot stays used.
- Refund only if you end without starting the broadcast.
- On the Dashboard: Live this month: used/limit.
Recording and chat
After a recorded session ends, the VOD is attached to the webinar automatically (replay). The latest successful session becomes the active recording. Earlier sessions of the same webinar stay on the list — in the creator (Video step) you can pick which recording is the replay, or Download the file, edit it outside Webivio, and upload it again via Change video.
Chat export is a copy for timed chat in an automated webinar. In sandbox, recording and chat work when you enable the switches; with recording on, the session limit is 15 minutes.
