Webivio vs Livestorm – a comparison of webinar and autowebinar platforms in 2026

Webivio vs Livestorm – Which Webinar Platform Should You Choose in 2026?

Webivio and Livestorm let you run live webinars, automated webinars, and on-demand webinars, create registration pages, and analyze participant behavior.

At first glance, both platforms may therefore seem similar.

The biggest difference appears, however, when we answer the question:

why are you actually organizing a webinar?

Livestorm is a comprehensive platform for webinars, online events, demos, training, and B2B communication.

Webivio has been more strongly specialized in automated sales through a webinar.

Instead of focusing primarily on the event itself, Webivio combines:

registration → reminders → webinar → conversation → offer → follow-up → purchase

into one process.

If a webinar is to run 24/7 and regularly generate sales without the host needing to be present, this is exactly where the most important differences appear.

The basic difference is already visible here.

Livestorm is stronger as a comprehensive event infrastructure. Webivio is more specialized in an autowebinar sales funnel.

What is Livestorm?

Livestorm is a French video engagement platform intended, among other things, for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

It can be used for:

  • live webinars,

  • automated webinars,

  • on-demand webinars,

  • product demos,

  • training,

  • virtual events,

  • internal communication,

  • lead generation.

Livestorm is particularly strong in the B2B environment.

The platform integrates, among other things, with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Current information can be checked on the official Livestorm website.

What is Webivio?

Webivio also supports live webinars and automated webinars, but it places the main emphasis on what will happen before the webinar, during the presentation, and after it ends.

In one process you can combine:

  • a registration page,

  • a thank-you page,

  • an autowebinar,

  • an on-demand webinar,

  • a live webinar,

  • email,

  • SMS,

  • WhatsApp,

  • chat,

  • AI Moderator,

  • an offer,

  • a timer,

  • OTO,

  • replay,

  • follow-up,

  • A/B tests,

  • sales statistics.

A webinar therefore does not have to be a single event.

It can become an automated funnel that runs every day.

If you want to see the whole process, read how a sales funnel with an autowebinar works.

Autowebinars in Webivio and Livestorm

Livestorm supports both automated webinars and on-demand events.

You can record a live webinar or upload a previously prepared recording and later use it as an automated event.

Recurring events are also possible.

In this respect, both platforms offer solid capabilities.

The difference appears in what happens around the playback of the recording itself.

Webivio is built so that, after registering, the user automatically goes through the successive stages of the sales funnel.

The user can:

  1. register,

  2. get a reminder,

  3. receive an SMS,

  4. get a WhatsApp message,

  5. enter the webinar,

  6. ask a question,

  7. get an answer from the AI Moderator,

  8. see the offer,

  9. proceed to purchase,

  10. receive the appropriate follow-up.

The autowebinar itself is therefore only the central element of a larger process.

You will find more about this model in the article what an autowebinar is and why it works better than a live webinar.

AI Moderator is a strong advantage of Webivio

Livestorm is intensively developing artificial intelligence.

The platform uses AI, among other things, for:

  • transcription,

  • summaries,

  • webinar analysis,

  • content generation,

  • creating clips from a recording,

  • live subtitle translations.

These are very good solutions for content marketing teams.

We did not find, however, a current native feature corresponding to Webivio's AI Moderator, which conducts a conversation with a participant directly in the autowebinar chat.

In Webivio you can prepare knowledge about:

  • the product,

  • the program,

  • payment,

  • the price,

  • the guarantee,

  • the most common questions.

If a participant asks:

"Can I pay in installments?"

"How long do I have access?"

"Is this product for beginners?"

The AI Moderator can answer without the host being present.

In the case of a sales autowebinar, this is particularly important.

It is not only about using AI to analyze the webinar after it ends.

AI can help with sales during the presentation.

WhatsApp and a 1:1 conversation

Another important advantage of Webivio appears after the user leaves the webinar room.

Webivio lets you use WhatsApp as part of the funnel.

You can send:

  • reminders,

  • messages before the event,

  • follow-up after the webinar.

The most important thing, however, is that the participant can reply.

If that happens, the conversation can be taken over and continued 1:1.

This can be very valuable when selling:

  • consultations,

  • services,

  • premium programs,

  • mentorships,

  • courses,

  • B2B solutions.

Automation therefore leads the user to a specific stage, and a person can enter the conversation only when they are actually needed.

Livestorm has chat, Q&A, and direct messages in the event room, but it does not offer a comparable native WhatsApp system connected to the entire sales funnel.

Webivio uses solutions based on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta.

Email + SMS + WhatsApp

Livestorm has extensive automated email messages related to events.

Webivio extends communication with three channels:

email + SMS + WhatsApp

This matters above all before the webinar starts.

You can generate a great ad and collect hundreds of registrations.

If participants later do not show up for the presentation, the entire rest of the funnel ceases to matter.

That is why reminders are one of the key elements of an effective autowebinar.

If you want to improve this stage, read how to increase webinar attendance.

It is also worth checking why people register for a webinar but later do not attend.

Offer during the webinar

Livestorm makes it possible to display a CTA during the event.

You can therefore direct a participant, among other things, to:

  • a product page,

  • a landing page,

  • a form,

  • checkout.

Webivio also lets you display the offer at a specific moment in the presentation.

You can combine it with:

  • a price,

  • a CTA button,

  • a timer,

  • a purchase link.

In Webivio's case, however, the offer is part of the entire autowebinar funnel.

The system can later analyze clicks and purchases and use this information in further automation.

OTO after registration or purchase

Webivio also lets you prepare a One-Time Offer.

It is an additional offer that appears after a specific action by the participant.

Example:

A user registers for a free webinar.

Instead of showing them only the page:

"Thank you for registering"

you can offer:

  • a workbook,

  • a mini course,

  • a consultation,

  • additional training,

  • a small entry product.

An OTO can also appear after the purchase of the main offer.

Thanks to this, one funnel can increase the value of a single customer at several stages.

Livestorm lets you create CTAs and redirects, but we did not find a direct native equivalent of an OTO after registration or purchase that works the way it does in Webivio.

A/B tests

An autowebinar can run for many months.

That is why even a small improvement in its effectiveness can translate into a large difference in sales.

Webivio lets you test different variants.

You can compare, among other things:

  • two recordings,

  • two offers,

  • a different moment of showing the offer,

  • different notifications.

You can then check which version generates better results.

If variant A converts at 2,8% and variant B at 3,7%, you do not have to guess which webinar to keep.

You have the data.

Livestorm has very extensive analytics, but we did not find a comparable native mechanism for A/B tests of recordings and webinar offers that works in this way.

Livestorm has very good event analytics

This is one of Livestorm's stronger elements.

The platform lets you analyze, among other things:

  • registrations,

  • attendance,

  • participant activity,

  • chat,

  • questions,

  • polls,

  • replay,

  • traffic sources,

  • UTM.

The data can then be sent to a CRM.

For a large marketing team using HubSpot or Salesforce, this is a very strong solution.

Webivio analyzes the entire sales funnel

Webivio looks at statistics a little differently.

The most important process is:

registration → attendance → watching → offer → click → purchase

You can also check drop-off and see at which point participants start leaving the presentation.

This makes it possible to find problems that are not visible in ordinary attendance statistics.

For example:

80% of participants reach the 25th minute.

Only 35% reach the offer in the 50th minute.

In that case, the problem may not be the offer.

Perhaps the webinar is simply too long.

If you want to make better use of this data, read why your webinar does not sell.

Livestorm's pricing model is completely different

This is one of the biggest differences between the platforms.

Livestorm has moved to a model based on attendee credits.

You buy a package of credits, and one credit is consumed when a real person participates in a session.

This applies to:

  • a live webinar,

  • replay,

  • an on-demand event.

A person who only registers and does not show up for the event does not consume a credit.

According to the current price list, Livestorm Pro costs:

2,50 EUR per participant

within the purchased attendee credits package.

The model has its advantages, because you do not pay for no-shows.

On the other hand, with a growing autowebinar, the platform cost can grow along with the number of actual participants.

The current pricing model can be checked on the Livestorm pricing page.

Webivio has a predictable subscription

Webivio costs from 197 zł net per month.

A more extensive variant costs 247 zł net per month.

Unlike the Livestorm model, the base price of autowebinars is not calculated as a rate for every person who actually watches the event.

For a scalable sales funnel, this can matter a great deal.

If ads start working better and better and the number of participants grows, that is exactly when you want to enjoy higher sales, and not recalculate the cost of each next platform participant every time.

Livestorm is very strong in large events

Here, Livestorm's advantage is clear.

The platform supports large events and, in the most extensive configurations, can accept even up to 3000 participants.

It also offers, among other things:

  • advanced live webinars,

  • multiple hosts,

  • RTMP,

  • restreaming,

  • AI translations,

  • SSO,

  • extensive team management,

  • enterprise options.

If you are organizing a large online conference for several thousand people, Livestorm may be a better fit for such a scenario.

Webivio does not, however, try to compete primarily as a conference platform.

Its key use is automated sales through a webinar.

Enterprise integrations are a strong side of Livestorm

Livestorm integrates very well with an extensive B2B environment.

It supports, among other things:

  • HubSpot,

  • Salesforce,

  • Marketo,

  • Pardot,

  • Microsoft Dynamics,

  • Zapier.

API and webhooks are also available.

For a larger organization that has an extensive CRM, this is a significant advantage.

Webivio also lets you integrate a webinar with external systems through integrations, webhooks, and an API.

The approach is, however, a little different.

Webivio does not try to be the central event system of an entire corporation.

Above all, it is meant to handle the webinar funnel effectively.

AI in Livestorm and Webivio serves slightly different purposes

This is an interesting difference.

Livestorm uses AI primarily to work with webinar content.

It can, among other things:

  • create transcripts,

  • prepare summaries,

  • generate content,

  • cut out clips,

  • create materials for further marketing,

  • translate subtitles.

Webivio uses AI primarily during the sales process itself.

The AI Moderator answers participants' questions.

These are two different uses.

Livestorm helps you make better use of a webinar as content.

Webivio uses AI so that an autowebinar participant receives an answer exactly when they are considering a purchase.

Who is Livestorm for?

Livestorm will be a very good choice if:

  • you organize many large live events,

  • you need even several thousand participants,

  • you work in a large B2B team,

  • you use Salesforce, Marketo, or Microsoft Dynamics,

  • you need enterprise features,

  • you want to use AI for webinar repurposing,

  • you need live translations,

  • the webinar is part of a larger event marketing strategy.

It is a very mature event platform.

Who is Webivio for?

Webivio will be a particularly good choice if:

  • the main goal of the webinar is sales,

  • you want to run autowebinars 24/7,

  • you care about the entire funnel in one place,

  • you want to communicate via email, SMS, and WhatsApp,

  • you want to have 1:1 conversations with leads,

  • you need the AI Moderator,

  • you want to use OTO,

  • you want to test different variants of the webinar and the offer,

  • you want to analyze drop-off, clicks, and purchases,

  • you care about a predictable platform cost,

  • you do not need extensive conference infrastructure only in order to run an autowebinar.

Webivio vs Livestorm – what to choose?

Livestorm is a very strong solution for large marketing teams and organizations that run many events.

It performs particularly well in:

  • live webinars,

  • events for a large number of participants,

  • enterprise integrations,

  • team management,

  • AI for content analysis and repurposing.

Webivio focuses more strongly on a different use:

an automated sales funnel based on a webinar.

It combines:

autowebinar + email + SMS + WhatsApp + AI Moderator + offer + OTO + follow-up + A/B tests + sales analytics

in one process.

If a webinar is primarily supposed to generate sales without your presence, features such as the ability to have a 1:1 conversation via WhatsApp, OTO, or A/B tests may matter more than extensive conference features.

In addition, Webivio has a fixed subscription model, while Livestorm bills usage based on actual participants.
